What is Flex & Free?

Flex & Free is a flexible car lease agreement available from Stellantis Financial Services, providing you with the flexibility to change your car more frequently. It’s similar to a Contract Hire agreement, but with the option to change your vehicle from month 6 without penalty (subject to condition and mileage).

When taking out a Flex & Free agreement, you will agree to a monthly rental and annual mileage to suit your circumstances. You will also be required to pay an advanced rental, which will equal 3 monthly rentals.

How long is the Flex and Free agreement?

The agreement length is 48 months, however when you reach the 5^th month of your agreement, we will contact you to remind you that you have the flexibility to change your car the following month (month 6).

Each time you change your car (at any point from 6 months until the end of your agreement), you will start a new 48 month Flex & Free agreement, meaning you could change your car again in a further 6 months' time.

Which cars are available on Flex & Free?

Currently Flex & Free is available on several cars across the Stellantis Financial Services network. 

The additional flexibility of Flex and Free means that customers will see a marginal increase in the monthly cost of leasing, compared to Contract Hire that is a longer term agreement with less flexibility.

Changing your vehicle on a Flex & Free agreement

How to change your car on Flex & Free

Simply notify us via your online account of your intention to switch your car and if applicable, arrange your new car with your retailer. We'll then book a convenient time to collect your existing car that coincides with the arrival of your new one.

Once you receive your new car, your existing agreement will end with nothing more to pay (subject to condition and mileage) and your new 48-month agreement will commence.

When returning your car at any point throughout your agreement, you will be required to pay any damage and/or excess mileage charges in accordance with your agreement.

Please note that we require one month’s notice if you intend to switch your car. 

What if I don't want to change my car for another car?

If you decide not to switch your car during your agreement this is not an issue. You simply continue with your agreement as normal and return your car at the end of your 48-month agreement.
