The Responsibilities of a Customer Relations Team Leader

In this role you’ll lead and inspire a team of Customer Relations agents, making sure they provide the best support to our valued customers. Our Customer Relations Team Leader plays a key role in keeping our Customer Relations team on track. You’ll analyse monthly performance reports, monitor progress against set goals, and identify any training needs for team members. You’ll also manage and resolve any escalated complaints from our customers, dealers or the brands and liaise directly with other department managers to agree resolutions on complaints.

This is an office-based role, but you’ll also enjoy a balance of working from home.
