The Responsibilities of a Contact Centre Agent
A Contact Centre Agent’s primary role is to respond to any form of contact from our customer base. As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll provide the highest quality service to all Stellantis Financial Services customers within a contact centre team of approximately 20 advisors. You’ll receive an initial two weeks of training on our bespoke systems, and our products.
This is an office-based role with a balance of working from home. Due to the nature of the role, you’ll be required to work one weekend every four weeks.

What will set you apart?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service expert, someone with excellent communication skills. You’ll be a strong listener, and able to gain relevant details from conversations with customers and colleagues alike. Ideally, you’ll have some understanding of the motor finance industry.
